ALPHA 5 ARMORY Firearm Return Policy

ALPHA 5 ARMORY does not accept returns on Frames, Firearms, or Firearm Kits, except in the rare case of a Background Check Fail.

To initiate a return due to a Background Check Failure, documentation of the failure must be presented to ALPHA 5 ARMORY for examination and a Return Authorization Number will be provided if your return is approved.

All FFL transfer fees and associated shipping charges related to a failed background check return are the customer’s (your) responsibility.

Take Note: any return made due to a background check failure will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

DO NOT, we repeat, DO NOT attempt to purchase a firearm if you know (or are pretty sure) you will not pass a background check. Doing so is not just a bad idea, it is outright illegal.
